The Girl in the Trees

The Girl in the Trees

Poetry from off-the-grid.

Beyond the reaches of civilization, beyond the nearest town, deep in one of the darkest Appalachian Mountain hollows grew a very strange flower. As this unique species developed, she began to turn life into words. Surrounded by more trees than humans, the specimen spent years observing humanity. Years of solitude and isolation focused her voice into powerful works of life, love, obsession, grief, abuse, the paranormal, mysterious gypsies, and even pirates.

The Girl in the Trees is a vast compilation of some of the most obscure lyrics, prose, and verse by thriller author Laura Wright/L. Chambers Wright.
